The Campsite

Our Campsite lays cuddled in the breathtaking National Park of Maiella and Morrone. In a few kilometers range are the Thermal Bathes of Caramanico, the Orfento Valley and interminable woods (the Boschetto and the Lama Bianca Reserve) for the most audacious – as also the laziest – trekker.

The Camping is a small oasis with 40 serviced pitches, a recreation area, a pool, bocce, ping-pong, and other. We don’t have stores or restaurants on premisis but all services can be found in the town of Sant’Eufemia (900m).

The passage of abate Pietro da Morrone, more famous as Pope Celestine V, dawns a spiritual atmosphere that you can find in the small Heremis carved in the mountainside.

Facilities

The Camping offers 40 large pitches and 2 apartments.
All pitches are large, shaded and have an individual sink with drinking water.
Facilities include bathrooms, showers and washing area with hot water, bocce, a Washing machine and a common fridge.

The relax area has a children’s playground, a larger Pool and a toddlers splash pool.
The picnic area has a barbecue, two gazebos with tables and a Ping pong table.

The Campsite is open from May to September
Check-in/Check-out from h 7-13 and 15-19

All prices include the pitch, electricity, sink, hot water, parking, access to pool and relax areas, common fridge.
Washing machine tokens are not included.

Coming from Pescara or Rome, take the highway Autostrada A25 Pescara – Roma, and exit at Alanno/Scafa.

Direction Scafa, take the SS5 towards Popoli. After the town of Scafa, take a left at the signs for S. Valentino, Caramanico Terme, Sant’Eufemia a Maiella.

Once you reach the town Sant’Eufemia, continue in direction of the “Orto Botanico” and take the first right after it, at the sign contrada San Giacomo. Follow our signs “Colle dei Lupi” to the entrance.

From Sulmona, drive towards Pacentro, Passo San Leonardo and before Sant’Eufemia turn left for the contrada San Giacomo.
